SAP SuccessFactors System Analyst

Elevate your career with Teck as an SAP Success Factors System Analyst in vibrant downtown Vancouver. This role focuses on implementing Employee Central modules including Benefits and Onboarding.

In this 6-month contract role, you will support project initiatives while working independently in a dynamic project environment. You'll be responsible for system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, making a significant impact on ongoing business needs and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Employee Central modules based on business requirements

• Support Success Factors Onboarding and Benefits modules

• Analyze and recommend system configuration solutions

• Address and resolve configuration issues with root cause analysis

• Conduct testing and support deployment activities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP Success Factors Core HR experience

• Hands-on configuration experience in Employee Central

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

• Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency
