Entry-Level IT Applications Specialist

Flyover Attractions is seeking an Entry-Level Applications Specialist to thrive in a hybrid IT environment. You'll help maintain the applications crucial for enhancing guest experiences at our immersive attractions.

This role based in Chicago, IL, Las Vegas, NV, or Vancouver BC includes supporting business applications like POS systems and troubleshooting user issues. You'll work closely with senior team members to develop your skills and handle essential Level 1 IT tasks, ensuring smooth operations across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily application support and user configuration

• Resolve support tickets and escalate complex issues

• Assist with application testing and rollouts

• Help maintain application integrations

• Train end-users on new systems

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• 0-2 years in IT or application support

• Basic understanding of application and system integration

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the IT team

• Capable of performing hands-on IT troubleshooting
