Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Customer Success Platforms division

• Manage the full post-sale platform technology stack

• Create in-house AI solutions and automations

• Direct vendor relationships for CS support AI initiatives

• Set strategic objectives with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud

• 3+ years in a leadership capacity

• Proficient with Git-based development processes

• Experience with AI tools like Claude

• Familiarity with SaaS vendor negotiation and management
