IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager

Join Earth Daily as an IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager based in Vancouver. This vital position oversees the compliance program for the company's advanced Earth Observation technology.

You will report to the Director, IT, and partner with internal teams to ensure corporate governance and compliance with industry standards. Your experience is critical for driving IT general controls related to SOX compliance, while also managing risks associated with emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, present risk levels to leadership

• Oversee IT policy management and compliance tracking

• Ensure readiness for audits and public company requirements

• Collect evidence and liaise with auditors and vendors

• Monitor technology initiatives for compliance impacts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years in compliance or risk management roles

• Experience with SOX/ICFR controls and GRC frameworks

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM highly preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
