TCS is in search of a seasoned Technical Lead Oracle DBA to manage comprehensive database operations for BC Hydro. This role involves technical leadership, L2/L3 support, and in-depth administration of Oracle databases. The successful candidate will champion best practices in backup, recovery, and performance tuning while working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Oracle DBA operations and technical delivery aspects

• Administer database installations, upgrades, and configurations

• Coordinate disaster recovery and high availability setups

• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues

• Develop and maintain documented procedures and runbooks

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of extensive Oracle DBA experience

• Expertise in Oracle 11g/12c/19c, RAC, and Data Guard

• Proficient in backup strategies using RMAN

• Solid understanding of Unix/Linux systems

• Familiarity with compliance and security protocols
