Position: Vice President Business Technology Leadership Role
Join RJC Engineers as the Vice President of Business Technology and shape the firm’s technology future. This strategic senior-level position focuses on enabling operational capability through advanced systems.

Reporting to an Executive Principal, you will be responsible for aligning the technology strategy with RJC’s long-term vision. Your leadership will ensure that investments in enterprise systems deliver significant business outcomes while enhancing collaboration and efficiency across the organization. Focused on governance and risk management, you will also enhance data practices for better organizational adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a strategic Business Technology roadmap

• Direct initiatives for organizational change and tech adoption

• Establish a comprehensive governance framework for data security

• Oversee the performance of technology systems and services

• Monitor key performance indicators to drive operational excellence

Requirements:

• 15+ years in business technology leadership roles

• Proven track record with enterprise applications

• Expertise in cybersecurity and data governance

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
