Your primary responsibilities will include configuring Employee Central and supporting both Benefits and Onboarding. Contributing to effective project delivery and fostering ongoing system improvement are crucial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration of Employee Central within SAP Success Factors

• Support the Benefits module configurations and adjustments

• Recommend enhancements based on analyzed business requirements

• Fix issues and perform root cause analysis as needed

• Help with testing and deployment tasks for system stability

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years SAP Success Factors experience

• Strong configuration expertise in Employee Central

• Proven problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations

• Capable of performing work autonomously

• Excellent communication abilities in team collaboration
