Talent Management Systems Consultant

Serve as a key consultant in Dayforce talent management implementations, working remotely from anywhere in Canada. Manage configuration, training, and client engagement to drive success.
This consulting role requires in-depth knowledge of Dayforce implementations. Responsibilities encompass acting as a trusted advisor, documenting client requirements, and ensuring the platform is tailored effectively.

Your role will include training clients and managing multiple projects, all while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through all phases of Dayforce implementation

• Validate and document functional requirements

• Configure the system in accordance with client specifications

• Train clients on daily management processes

• Share internal insights and best practices from projects
Requirements:

• Experience in an HCM/HRIS system implementation

• Dayforce experience is advantageous

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Relationship management and consulting ability

• Familiarity with SQL is preferred
