Position: Ooma Customer Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 technical issues

• Assist users in designing call flows for optimal performance

• Provide educational support on Ooma's products

• Proactively manage escalation processes

• Ensure prompt follow-up for client inquiries

Requirements:

• Fluency in French or Québécois required

• Experience in customer success or technical support

• Understanding of networking principles beneficial

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Preferred post-secondary education
