In this temporary role, you will oversee various electronic resources ensuring user accessibility and support for both students and faculty. You will work closely with the library team to improve integration, maintain records and elevate service performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about advancing digital library services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations of library’s electronic resources systems
• Troubleshoot and improve user access to digital resources
• Maintain resource records within library service platforms
• Collaborate on integration projects with third-party services
• Promote best practices in electronic resource management
Requirements:
• Hold an MLIS from an accredited institution
• Proficiency with library management platforms such as Evergreen
• Understanding of electronic resource access management systems
• Background in Learning Management Systems technology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
