In this position, you will deliver comprehensive endpoint management solutions as a Senior Consultant on the MSP Corp West team. You are expected to engage in project delivery, fostering client relationships while managing tasks related to SCCM, Intune/MEM, and device migration processes. A hybrid work mode allows for collaborative problem-solving and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and manage endpoint management projects efficiently

• Conduct scoping calls and create compelling statements of work

• Lead workshops and presentations for client engagement

• Implement Defender for Endpoint with Azure configurations

• Drive successful project outcomes through teamwork

Requirements:

• Proven senior-level expertise in endpoint management solutions

• Familiarity with AD DS to Entra migration processes

• Knowledge of zero-trust principles for endpoint designs

• Automation skills, such as Power Shell, are advantageous

• Strong customer service and communication background
