Software Development Engineer, North America Stores Expansion

Making this happen is the mission of every engineer on the Amazon North American Stores Expansion (NASX) team.

We are looking for exceptional SDEs to help build vendor negotiation tools that will help scale Amazon's Always On Negotiation system to ensure that we incorporate changing market variables into our purchasing decisions to give our customers the best prices available for everything we sell.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
