In this role, you'll utilize your extensive SAP experience to support key HR solutions and ensure they remain efficient and aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SAP enhancements and implementation functions
• Configure key HCM elements like Organizational Management
• Develop and maintain Payroll Schemas and PCRs
• Collaborate with teams for integral SAP application integration
• Perform root cause analysis on various production issues
Requirements:
• 7+ years of SAP implementation and support experience
• 5+ years focusing on Organizational Management and Payroll
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with SAP S/4
HANA Private Cloud is a plus
• Familiarity with Jira, Service Now, or data cleansing methodologies
