The Manager of SRE will be responsible for overseeing the performance and reliability of Layer Zero’s blockchain node infrastructure. This role emphasizes technical leadership, team development, and executing on reliability strategies across diverse decentralized technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and mentor a team of SRE professionals
• Own reliability strategies and incident response processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using Kubernetes
• Continuously enhance postmortem and incident cultures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
• Minimum of 6 years in SRE or related fields
• Leadership experience of 2+ years
• Deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure
• Proficient in Kubernetes management
