Your Role in Supporting Our Members:As an Automation Analyst, Business & Reporting
, you will design, implement, and support automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will develop applications and workflows that streamline business processes, improve accuracy, and reduce manual effort. Working with the Automation Lead, business stakeholders, and the AI Centre of Excellence, you will help deliver reliable solutions that evolve with the needs of the business and strengthen how our teams support members.
This is a Full-time, Temporary
12-month role that is fully remote and will report directly to the Manager, Business Insights & Reporting

- Building and configuring Power Apps that support team workflows and business processes
- Creating intuitive application interfaces that enable non-technical users to confidently adopt automated solutions
- Developing Power Automate cloud flows independently or alongside Power Apps to automate repetitive and multi-step processes
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining existing applications and automations to support reliable performance
- Updating automation solutions as processes and business requirements evolve
- Designing SharePoint lists, Dataverse tables, and Microsoft Forms to capture and manage structured workflow data
- Gathering stakeholder requirements and defining the scope of light-to-medium automation builds
- Testing solutions and coordinating user acceptance testing with end users
- Documenting solution configurations to support maintainability, knowledge transfer, and handoff
- Collaborating with the Automation Lead, business stakeholders, and the AI Centre of Excellence to identify and deliver continuous improvements
- Hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience configuring SharePoint lists, Dataverse tables, and Microsoft Forms to support business workflows
- Ability to gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into practical automation solutions
- Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and updating automated workflows and applications
- Experience planning and completing solution testing, including user acceptance testing with end users
- Ability to document technical configurations and processes clearly for ongoing maintenance and handoff
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to structure workflow data in a secure, organized, and reusable manner
- Experience contributing to process improvement or business automation initiatives
- Familiarity with shared development standards and governance practices for Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Experience supporting the adoption of emerging automation or artificial intelligence tools
- Collaborative – You build productive relationships and work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
