Elevate your Salesforce career with Doctors of BC as a Salesforce Administrator. In this role, manage platform configurations and support user needs while maintaining data quality for optimal operations.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will report to the Manager of CRM & Digital Intake Platforms. Bring your technical expertise in user management, automation, and platform enhancements to ensure reliability and usability. You'll collaborate closely with the Senior Salesforce Administrator and contribute to enhancing business processes and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain Salesforce functionalities including Flows and dashboards
• Administer user roles, profiles, and access controls
• Perform platform health checks and routine maintenance
• Troubleshoot technical and configuration issues
• Support data migration and ongoing data-quality activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
• 3–5+ years Salesforce administration experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and security concepts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
