This position is not just about maintenance; it’s a critical role focused on optimizing our IT systems, from server management to cybersecurity. You will partner with operational teams to build scalable solutions that facilitate our rapid expansion and improve efficiency organization-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory environments
• Manage Microsoft 365 services and virtualization platforms
• Enhance network security and IT infrastructure resilience
• Drive infrastructure improvement projects and documentation
• Act as an escalation point for technical challenges
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support
• Deep experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
• Knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V and networking practices
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
• Strong communication and project management skills
