New Value Solutions is looking for an experienced Systems & Network Administrator for a flexible engagement in downtown Vancouver. Ideal for independent IT consultants, this role requires expertise in Cisco Meraki environments and can involve a few hours of work each month. You'll assess network issues and support client operations with a mix of remote assistance and onsite visits as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote and onsite support for systems and networks
• Troubleshoot Cisco Meraki equipment and networks
• Diagnose VPN, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Offer desktop support and resolve end-user queries
• Document configuration changes and support activities
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in systems and network administration
• Hands-on Cisco Meraki experience required
• Strong troubleshooting skills in networking and IT environments
• Must be situated in Metro Vancouver
• Availability for occasional as-needed support
