Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair Power Edge servers
• Document service reports and logs accurately
• Manage parts locker and spare parts effectively
• Execute plans from Domain Engineers
• Validate server performance through diagnostics
Requirements:
• Extensive experience with Power Edge servers
• Comfortable with 80% travel across Canada
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage parts and perform installations
