Charter Telecom, one of Canada’s fastest growing IT providers, is searching for an experienced engineer primarily to design, implement, and support enterprise networks. This senior role involves a mix of project leadership and reactive troubleshooting, focusing on SASE/SSE, NAC, and various firewalls. Your expertise will directly impact client networks across flexible and demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and produce high and low-level network documentation
• Configure and troubleshoot routing/switching, especially BGP and OSPF
• Manage multi-vendor firewalls and VPN solutions
• Implement SASE/SSE and NAC solutions effectively
• Lead network migrations and hardware changes seamlessly
Requirements:
• 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
• JNCIP-ENT and/or JNCIP-SP certification required
• Advanced knowledge of Juniper technologies needed
• Strong documentation and communication skills essential
• Ability to resolve tickets within SLAs
