Lead data and AI platform programs at Kaseya in Vancouver, coordinating engineering teams and managing complex technical dependencies across organizations.
This senior individual contributor role drives execution across data engineering, ML engineering, and applied AI teams. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Architecture, and Operations leaders. The work improves delivery predictability, surfaces risks early, and supports Kaseya’s AI-driven product experiences and internal data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead enterprise-scale data and AI platform programs
- Define execution plans, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate Data Engineering, ML Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams
- Manage technical risks, data quality, pipelines, and infrastructure dependencies
- Provide executive reporting on milestones, blockers, and program health
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
- 10+ years leading complex technical programs
- Experience with data engineering, ML infrastructure, or AI product delivery
- Ability to influence across organizations without direct authority
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
