AWS Support seeks an Enterprise Support Manager who enjoys solving customer problems. You will support senior executives, manage technical teams, and work with enterprise software companies. The role values experience across application stacks, networks, and web services. AWS services, technical account management, and support process improvement are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Solve problems while working directly with enterprise customers
- Lead teams managing full application stacks
- Support senior executives, including Vice President and C-level stakeholders
- Manage technology spanning systems, networks, and custom applications
- Drive projects improving support processes and technical support
- Five or more years of direct customer engagement
- Experience supporting senior executives in enterprise environments
- Experience managing technical teams
- Experience working with enterprise software companies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
