Enterprise Systems Administrator Citrix VDI

Support Citrix VDI and endpoint security for E-Comm 9-1-1’s critical technology environment in a regular full-time position. Administer desktops and virtual systems supporting public safety services.

As an Enterprise Systems Technologist 1, you will provide desktop-focused support across E-Comm, its partners, and clients. The work includes Citrix VDI, desktop imaging, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, cloud applications, and endpoint security. You will manage issues independently with minimal direction.

• Administer Citrix VDI, imaging, and virtual desktop deployments
• Maintain endpoint security using Microsoft Defender and Bit Locker
• Manage Active Directory accounts, groups, access, and rights
• Support Microsoft 365, desktop, and cloud applications
• Troubleshoot incidents and escalate issues appropriately

• Computer science degree, diploma, or equivalent training and experience
• Windows operating systems experience in Active Directory environments
• Experience with endpoint deployments across user devices
• Citrix and virtualization experience is highly beneficial
• ITIL Foundation accreditation is preferred
