Support Chinese and English-speaking clients at GAM Tech by troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, networks, and cloud services. Work full-time Monday through Friday.
As an L1 Support Hero, you will provide first-line service through phone, email, and ticketing systems. The role covers ticket triage, technical troubleshooting, account changes, and escalation to L2 Support. You will also follow security procedures within a SOC2-certified managed service provider.
Key Responsibilities:- Log and prioritize client requests against service level agreements
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and cloud services
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and Active Directory
- Escalate unresolved incidents with complete troubleshooting documentation
- Record interactions and resolutions accurately in HaloPSA
- One or more years in IT support or technical customer service
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Understanding of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and networking
- Methodical troubleshooting, organization, and customer communication skills
- HaloPSA or similar RMM/ITSM experience is an asset
