Lead cloud technology programs from concept to delivery as a Technical Program Manager II based in Canada. Coordinate engineering roadmaps, dependencies, and risks.
This Technical Program Manager II drives execution across Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support. You will translate strategic priorities into delivery plans while supporting reliable solutions for customer and business expectations. The work spans globally distributed cloud and internet technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting the product roadmap
- Coordinate roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify risks, impacts, and contingency plans
- Track backlogs, dependencies, milestones, and outstanding work
- Report progress, risks, and expectation changes to senior leadership
- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification
- Demonstrated experience using Jira and Confluence
- Experience managing dependencies and accurate project plans
- Familiarity with DNS, HTTP, and TCP/IP
