Senior Policy And Operations Analyst

Support CMHC policy and operations through data-driven analysis, critical thinking, and stakeholder guidance across six Canadian office locations. Limited travel is required.

In this senior position, you will collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and Data & Analytics teams. You will assess requirements, clarify priorities, and develop recommendations that support strategic data initiatives. The assignment is temporary for 12 months.

• Partner with leaders to assess data priorities and initiative value
• Understand requirements, delivery capacity, scope, priorities, and outcomes
• Guide stakeholders on value frameworks, KPIs, targets, and measurement
• Build relationships supporting quality data access and analytical initiatives
• Develop reports, presentations, and communications for leadership engagement

• Recognized undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum three years of Data and Information governance experience
• Knowledge of data life cycle and data value chain
• Critical thinking and judgment for resolving complex issues
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
