About

The Role

We are seeking a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Advisor who is driven, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. This role involves everything from crafting new policies to supporting clients with inquiries. A strong understanding of marketing platforms is an asset.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement creative sales strategies to convert leads into loyal clients
  • Provide personalized policy options and accurate quotes tailored to client needs
  • Review existing policies for accuracy and recommend enhancements
  • Deliver outstanding customer service for billing, claims, and policy changes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
  • BC General Insurance Level 1/Level 2 License (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products
  • Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Certifications such as CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM are strong assets
  • Language skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, Persian (Farsi), or Korean are considered a valuable asset
