- Manage all new large case and product submission requests from Sales Consultants, Advisors, and Client Relationship Specialists

- Provide best practices for new case submissions, including gathering necessary documentation
- Exercise independent judgment to determine appropriate actions and approaches within defined procedures
- 7-10 years of experience in group insurance, underwriting support, or a related client relationship management field
- Post-secondary degree (Bachelor)
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Balanced relationship-building skills to foster trust and clear communication across teams
- Project management certification (PMI)
- CEBS designation
- Knowledge of underwriting processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Systems and Applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
