As the Senior Manager, you’ll engage directly with HR in recruitment efforts and oversee all aspects of team performance and client interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and attract top talent for the insurance team

• Conduct staff performance evaluations and manage expenses

• Act as a liaison for internal stakeholders and Account Executives

• Monitor accounts to ensure timely renewals and compliance

• Lead initiatives to enhance service quality continuously

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years in commercial insurance

• RIBO license (Ontario) required

• Experience with the EPIC broker management system an asset

• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills

• Proven leadership capabilities in managing teams
