Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard high-performing auto adjusters

• Establish operational KPIs and file audit standards

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures compliant with BC regulations

• Enhance Square One's claims module and workflow procedures

• Build a preferred vendor network across British Columbia

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years in automobile claims adjusting

• 5+ years in leadership roles in BC auto insurance

• Level 2 or Level 3 Insurance Adjuster License

• Strong existing network of BC automotive service providers

• Proven ability to leverage technology for operational efficiency
