Vancouver Claims Manager - Auto Insurance

Square One is seeking an experienced Claims Manager in Auto Insurance based in Vancouver, BC. Use your leadership skills to modernize claims operations and improve customer experiences.

As a permanent full-time team leader, your role is pivotal in developing a high-performing auto claims department. You will implement modern workflows and establish standards that prioritize customer service while ensuring compliance with BC laws. Your strong communication abilities will foster collaborative relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of auto claims adjusters

• Develop modern claims processes and workflows

• Establish compliance with BC Insurance Act and best practices

• Negotiate with vendors within the repair network

• Integrate technology tools to streamline claims

Requirements:

• At least 8–10 years in auto claims adjusting

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within BC

• CIP or FCIP preferred

• Level 2 or Level 3 Insurance Adjuster License

• Network of BC collision repair and appraisal providers
