In this role, you will need 1–3 years of experience in claims support or a related administrative position. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and open claim files within the management system
• Enter and update claim information accurately
• Track the status of claims and follow up as needed
• Assist with preparing claims correspondence
• Provide general support for the claims department
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary in a relevant field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in claims support or administration
• High accuracy in data entry with strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with claims management systems is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
