Sales Producers – Commercial & Personal Lines

Stone Ridge Insurance Brokers is seeking Sales Producers - both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines - with a competitive, sales-focused mindset. Whether you are an established producer with a strong book of business, or gaining momentum with an active pipeline, we offer the platform to help you grow, sustain, and perpetuate your business.

Job Type: Hybrid, Full Time, Permanent

Work Location: Multiple locations supported across Canada

Pay: Competitive base salary plus new business commission, with traditional commission-only and draw structures available for those willing to bet on themselves

• Generate new business through networking and referrals, including cross-selling and upselling insurance products
• Sell and advise on commercial and/or personal lines insurance while identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions
• Manage the full client journey from quoting to policy binding, working with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention, repeat business, and strong client satisfaction

• Provincial insurance license (relevant to your province) is required
• Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as a direct writer or with any brokerage company is an asset
• Proven sales discipline with the ability to stay organized and consistent
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and broker management systems
• CAIB, CIP, or other insurance-related designations are an asset
