Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with policy service inquiries and updates
Requirements:
• Experience in underwriting or financial services administration
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Canadian life insurance products is beneficial
