Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships with Insurers to market Strata business
• Negotiate competitive rates and deductibles as needed
• Demonstrate underwriting proficiency for the Strata/Condo Program
• Liaise with Client Executives to address client requirements
• Innovate marketing strategies for large portfolio renewals
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of industry experience in a related field
• Preferred university degree or insurance credential (CIP, CAIB, CRM)
• Hold a Level 2 License
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
