Commercial Account Manager, Surety

• National brokerage focused on commercial insurance
• Culture is entrepreneurial and collaborative

• Handle bond requests, client files and coordinate with surety markets
• Manage bond applications, renewals, expiries, client info, contract reviews
• Liaise with surety underwriters and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in the brokerage management system.
• Manage client requests and support Producers
• Maintain important market relationships and participate in industry functions

• Level 2 General Insurance License
• 3-5 years surety experience, or strong interest in surety with experience in other areas of commercial insurance
• Construction experience an asset
• Understanding of EPIC an asset (or knowledge of other brokerage management system)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Exceptional organizational skills
