Claims Analyst – Special Markets Division

As a part of the Claims Analyst role, you will engage in evaluating non-core claims according to policy standards. Collaborate with Claims Specialists and focus on customer communication while developing foundational claims knowledge that will propel your career forward. Your contributions will help streamline claim handling and improve overall service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process non-core and lower-risk claims within authorization
• Assess claims based on policy terms and supporting info
• Review and validate documentation for claims processing
• Clearly communicate outcomes to stakeholders involved
• Keep detailed records in line with compliance regulations
Requirements:
• Experience in the claims or insurance sector preferred
• Proven analytical and critical-thinking expertise
• Attention to detail with strong decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions
• Bilingualism in English and French is highly favored
