Become a key player in our Vancouver-based wealth management team as a Bilingual Administrator for Trade Services. This hybrid role combines customer support with trade operations, leveraging your English and French skills.
As part of our Operations team, you will report directly to the Supervisor, fostering communication and ensuring quality service delivery. Successful candidates will have a background in Financial Services, preferably with experience related to Transactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential to navigate daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate effective bilingual communication with stakeholders
• Support Trade Services functions with accuracy and efficiency
• Create and manage reports in Excel and Office applications
• Tackle operational challenges with a creative mindset
• Build strong relationships with management and clients
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• At least one year of experience in Finance Operations
• Completion of relevant courses like Canadian Securities an asset
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
