As the Intercultural Ministry Coordinator, you will develop programs that connect the church with the wider community while offering spiritual growth opportunities.

Your role includes oral interpretation and written translation services in English and Mandarin. Collaborate with church staff and volunteers to create inclusive environments for newcomers and existing congregants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives fostering cultural exchange in the community

• Provide translation support for church services and events

• Organize social and spiritual gatherings for diverse groups

• Assist congregants with linguistic challenges

• Engage with staff and volunteer networks

Requirements:

• Background in ministry or community service

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin necessary

• Excellent leadership capabilities

• Flexible 14-hour work schedule focused on Sundays

• Ability to commit to a permanent position
