Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve technical inquiries for clients using Glia’s platform
• Collaborate with customer developers for complex integrations
• Report bugs and work with product teams via JIRA
• Provide troubleshooting support through virtual channels
• Educate customers on best practices for implementation
Requirements:
• 2+ years in software development or technical support
• Proficient with RESTful technologies and cloud solutions
• Strong customer empathy and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication abilities in English
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
