Responsibilities- Advise technology and emerging‑growth clients on cross‑border legal matters
- Draft and review commercial agreements and corporate documents
- Support IP, privacy, and regulatory compliance matters
- Work with startups, investors, and venture capital funds
- Collaborate with lawyers licensed in multiple jurisdictions
- Registered Canadian Patent and Trademark Agent
- Experience or strong interest in technology, startups, or cross‑border work
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client‑service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
