Intermediate to Senior Litigation Paralegal -Service Law Firm in Foreclosur

Our client is a mid-sized, full-service law firm located in downtown Vancouver and they are seeking an experienced paralegal to work in foreclosures, receivership and insolvency. This is a great opportunity to join a respected firm and continue your career in downtown Vancouver!

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and filing foreclosure petitions and related notices of application and other
• Diarize proceedings, following up on service of materials and setting matters
• Managing files and ensuring compliance
• Corresponding directly with clients, opposing counsel and third parties
• Drafting communications, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Maintain and organizing files

Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience as a paralegal, preferably in foreclosures and insolvency
• Strong understanding of foreclosure processes and legal terminology
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications and PDF software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 and is dependent on experience, knowledge and skills. Our client also offers a benefits package, including an RRSP Matching Program.
