Sundays is a direct-to-consumer furniture brand focused on delivering a high-quality, seamless customer experience. We’re looking for a Logistics Supervisor who is highly execution-oriented and thrives in the details—someone who takes ownership of open orders, ensures they move smoothly through fulfillment, and partners closely with warehouses, Customer Care, showrooms, and 3PL delivery partners to deliver on our customer promises.
This role is for a doer: someone who lives in the systems, reviews orders daily, proactively resolves issues, and holds themselves and partners accountable for on-time delivery and service quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Order Fulfillment & Delivery Execution- Own day-to-day order fulfillment execution, ensuring customer orders are released, fulfilled, and delivered on time and within promised ETAs.
- Review all open orders daily, proactively identifying risks to fulfillment or delivery and taking action to resolve issues before they impact customers.
- Coordinate closely with internal Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Monitor execution of 3PLs, carriers, and white glove delivery partners, holding them accountable to SLAs and service standards.
- Support booking and execution of middle-mile freight as needed to ensure inventory and orders move on schedule.
- Partner with Warehouse teams to ensure orders are picked, staged, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Work closely with Customer Care and Showroom teams to ensure delivery issues, delays, or exceptions are proactively managed.
- Serve as a key logistics point of contact for cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.
- Support and manage logistics-related escalations, working collaboratively with Customer Care to resolve issues quickly and with a customer-first mindset.
- Investigate root causes of delivery delays, damages, or service failures and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and 3PL partners.
- Ensure clear communication and follow-through on all escalations to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Work daily in ERP (SAP) to ensure order accuracy, clean data, and timely status updates.
- Run and review operational reports to ensure fulfillment and delivery are tracking as expected; take action when issues are identified.
- Maintain high attention to detail across order data, carrier tracking, and delivery confirmations.
- Ensure logistics processes are followed consistently and flag opportunities for process improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or supply chain execution.
- Hands-on experience managing order fulfillment and delivery, ideally in a multi-warehouse or 3PL environment.
- ERP experience required; familiarity with WMS/TMS systems strongly preferred.
- Experience working with white glove or last-mile delivery partners highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of accountability.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- A competitive salary plus bonus
- Comprehensive benefits plan (health, dental, vision) with enhanced coverage for mental health resources and support.
- Work-life balance in a hybrid environment.
- Modern, casual and open office with views of downtown Vancouver and the North Shore mountains
- Stocked kitchen with snacks, fresh fruit, coffee and tea
- Ergonomic workstations with sit-stand desks
- Free electric vehicle charging at our head office
- Generous product discounts for yourself, friends and family
- In-office employee only gym and free weekly spin classes at Ride Cycle Club (locations in Vancouver and Toronto)
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience.
