Plan, manage, and deliver supply chain projects from initiation through closure, including initiatives related to logistics, procurement, inventory management, distribution, and supply chain systems.
Coordinate and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and performance monitoring.
Partner with supply chain, operations, IT, and finance teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and manage scope, timelines, and dependencies.
Lead projects involving supply chain platforms and tools such as ERP, WMS, TMS, procurement systems, and supplier integrations.
Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
Facilitate regular project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, managing change control to minimize disruption to ongoing supply chain operations.
Engage and manage vendors, logistics partners, and third party service providers to ensure deliverables meet contractual and quality expectations.
Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
What you must have:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on supply chain, operations, or logistics projects.
Demonstrated experience working in complex supply chain environments, including cross functional and multi site operations.
Solid understanding of supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
Experience delivering projects involving supply chain systems and platforms such as ERP, WMS, or TMS.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira and methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across operational and technical teams.
PMP, Agile, or supply chain related certifications are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
