If you’re organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑moving construction setting, this one’s worth a conversation.
Aboutour client
A respected heavy civil and marine contractor with operations across BC and the Pacific Rim. They self‑perform complex, logistically demanding projects — port facilities, marine infrastructure, hydropower, bridges, and transportation infrastructure. Their team operates across multiple jurisdictions and moves significant equipment and resources across the Canada‑US border regularly. COR certified, strong safety culture, and a team that takes pride in solving hard problems.

- Work closely with project managers and operations to align procurement with project schedules and budgets
- Assist with vendor prequalification and sourcing
- Track deliveries, expedite orders, and resolve procurement issues as they arise

- 3+ years in a procurement, contracts, or project administration role — construction or heavy industry preferred
- Experience writing or administering subcontracts and purchase orders
- Knowledge of Canada‑US cross‑border customs and equipment importation/exportation — CBSA/CBP experience a strong asset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and document control
- Comfortable working across multiple active projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills — you’ll be working with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customs brokers
- Construction industry background preferred; marine or heavy civil a bonus
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Vancouver office
- Exposure to complex, high‑profile projects across BC and the Pacific Rim
- A technically strong, close‑knit team that does genuinely interesting work
