Join Creation Technologies as a Buyer 1 in Vancouver, BC. This full-time contract role emphasizes purchasing support, procurement processes, and effective communication with internal teams.

The Buyer 1 role requires collaboration with the regional customer focus teams to ensure the seamless flow of materials to support operational requirements. Your daily tasks will include managing purchase orders and working closely with the Materials Planner and Commodity Management. Success in this role is defined by your attention to detail and organizational skills, aiming for cost efficiency and inventory stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customer focus teams on material needs

• Send Purchase Order Action reports to suppliers weekly

• Generate and manage ERP purchase order releases

• Monitor and track PO status, providing accurate feedback

• Manage material escalations with suppliers and management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in operations or supply chain management

• Minimum 1 year of supply chain experience

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
