At Pav Co, you'll play a crucial role in leading procurement for BC Place Stadium and the Vancouver Convention Centre. This position focuses on high-value sourcing initiatives, where you will guide a small team in navigating complex procurement frameworks and compliance obligations. Your leadership will foster collaboration across various departments and support sustainable sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex construction and operational procurements

• Review procurement documentation for quality and compliance

• Partner with internal units on contract approvals

• Negotiate best value agreements with suppliers

• Identify opportunities to enhance procurement processes

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration

• SCMP designation or equivalent preferred

• 5–7 years of procurement experience

• Demonstrated success in managing complex bids

• Strong risk management and governance awareness
