ABOUT THE POSITION

Manage a portfolio of service and special projects with recurring clients (service agreements + ad-hoc work).

Own estimating support, planning, execution, client communication, margin/profit accountability, and team coordination.

Improve systems: scheduling, prioritization, closeout discipline, and repeatable processes to keep service profitable and predictable.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Strong electrical PM background with service/small-project agility within the Lower Mainland (comfortable switching gears quickly).

Proven ability to run multiple work orders/projects without losing control of documentation, billing, and client comms.

Commercial mindset: understands profitability levers, change control, and operational discipline.

Leadership-by-example style—can coordinate field teams and keep standards high.

COMPENSATION

$90,000 – $130,000 depending on experience.

Bonus eligibility tied to profitability – very transparent on this
