The successful candidate will possess significant procurement and category management experience, ideally within the mining or civil construction sectors.
Your role will involve leading major equipment purchases and managing reinforcement of existing supplier agreements. Strong communication and high workload management skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with stakeholders to assess vendor agreements
• Source and evaluate potential vendors globally
• Lead long-term contract negotiations
• Maintain supplier relationships for efficiency
• Drive improvements in supply chain documentation
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of procurement management experience
• Degree in engineering or supply chain, ideally MBA
• Hands-on experience with heavy equipment sectors
• Strong RFP preparation experience
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
