Senior Procurement Specialist

Position: Senior Procurement Specialist with Woodfibre LNG
Join Woodfibre LNG in Vancouver as a Senior Procurement Specialist, ideally positioned to enhance LNG operations through effective contracting and supplier management strategies.

As part of the Woodfibre LNG team, you will oversee procurement and contracting for our operational readiness initiatives. Utilizing your SAP skills, you’ll manage procurement cycles while engaging with suppliers to boost performance. Your contributions will strengthen relationships with local and indigenous suppliers, playing a key role in sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day procurement for the LNG facility

• Lead procurement initiatives to ensure project success

• Analyze and maintain supplier qualification records

• Conduct pre-bid meetings and process bid evaluations

• Manage post-award contract administration in SAP

Requirements:

• 15+ years’ experience in a procurement or supply chain role

• Strong grasp of the British Columbia labour market

• Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or similar

• Experience in maintenance contracts within the petrochemical sector
